Time: Friday – Gates Open - 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM / Saturday Gates Open - 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Vendor Information
DevonFest 2023 provides local vendors and businesses the chance to get exposure in the community and showcase their products at our festival. Vendors must bring their own booth set-up (i.e. tent, tables, chairs, etc) and set-up will start 1.5 hours before gates open on each day.
Vendor Regulations
No food or liquor vendors will be permitted.
Vendor Registration & Deadlines - Application Opens June 1
To register, fill out the form below (will be available on June 1). Applications close July 20th, 2023.
Vendor Fees
A small vendor fee will be charged for DevonFest. Each fee covers (1) 10x10 booth space. If needing additional space, an additional fee may be charged. Vendors can pay by e-transfer to ryan@red19entertainment.com

$100.00 plus GST ($105.00 total) (includes 2 days) - Devon Vendors and Businesses
$150.00 plus GST ($157.50 total) (includes 2 days) - Non-local Vendors and Businesses
