security, first aid, lost & found

First Aid is available during the festival, and is located on the north-east side of the park(between food trucks and vendors)

Security will be on site for the festival, provided by ACM Security (780-909-5316). If you have any issues, do not hesitate to find your nearest security guard for assistance.

Lost & Found is located on the north-east side of the park (between food trucks and vendors)with the First Aid centre. After the event, please contact events@red19entertainment.com for lost items.

concert admission

DevonFest Gates are open from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM on Friday and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM onSaturday. DevonFest retains the right to delay the opening of the gate for any cause.

Tickets must be redeemed during festival hours for wristbands/stamps.

Weekend passes - Only the provide ticket is needed for each day at entry.

Tickets are not refunable

DevonFest is a private venue, a festival wristband/stamp is required anywhere on site. Wristbands/stamps arenon-transferable. They must be securely fastened/visible at all times. Tampering with wristbands/stamps will result in ejection from the site (civil and/or criminal charges will be sought).There is a wristband replacement fee of $25 and original wristbands must be presented in order to receive a new one.

Outside food/liquids are not permitted a DevonFest - no exceptions!

Pets/Animals are not permitted at DevonFest.

All patrons entering the concert bowl are subject to a security check. Patrons coming in with bags, purses will be directed to a separate check-in and could have delays.

Climbing on any structures, trees, fences, etc., may lead to eviction from grounds.

*** Kids 5 and under are free but will still need a ticket


concert/seating area

Reserved Seating for VIP ticket holders in the VIP Area will have their numbered tables with chairs for the weekend. Patrons can have umbrellas, but please be courteous to those around you and keep it at a reasonable height. VIP patrons must have a VIP wristband to be in the VIP area.

General Admission ticket holders can place lawn chairs in their desired spots in the general admission area. They must be removed each night. Patrons can have umbrellas, but please be courteous to those around you and keep it at a reasonable height.

No household furniture permitted.

Smoking is allowed in areas along the perimeter. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the containers provided. Voyageur Park is a pristine, natural environment that is home to, many other animals and plants. DO NOT PUT CIGARETTES ON THE GROUND.

beverage gardens

Beverage Gardens are operating in an open license capacity in both VIP and General Admission areas. Beverages are permitted throughout the Concert Bowl. A wide variety of liquor beverages will be available to purchase on site. We will also have pop and water. Liquor drinks are $7.00/ea. Pop and water are $3.00/ea.

BAR IS CASH ONLY. ATM is on site.

washrooms

There are many portable toilets located throughout the concert bowl, VIP & general seating. All washrooms are cleaned daily.

ATM machine is located beside the bar area. Locations subject to change without notice.

cameras

Due to artist contracts, professional recording equipment will not be permitted without press credentials. Normal photo and video from patron’s phones is allowed.

recycling & garbage

LEAVE It BETTER THEN YOU FOUND IT! DevonFest is a pristine, natural environment that ishome to other wildlife. Please help us keep it clean by utilizing the proper waste and recycling bins throughout the festival site. Please be responsible and use the bins provided. Please treat DevonFest as your own home and respect it.

Camping is not permitted on the Festival Grounds.

alcohol

Open alcohol is not permitted on roadways and may be confiscated and disposed of.

ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERAGE DRINKING OR CONTRIBUTING TO MINOR DRINKING. Anyone foundin violation of this will be reported to security and will face ejection from site.

There will be zero tolerance for intoxication, violence or rowdy behaviour.

Proof of Government Issued Photo ID is required for alcohol purchase/consumption, and must be on you at all times. Patrons are subject to full searches and ID checks at any time. 18+ wristbands are to be worn by all patrons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.

Minors caught with alcohol will be brought to the RCMP and evicted from site.

Suttles/Parking

FREE Shuttle services will be provided every 15 minutes starting at 4:30pm on Friday and 2:30pm on Saturday at the below locations: Alldritt Parking Lot (by Devon Public Library), De Rose Transport and River of Hope Church. There are three shuttles total (one wheelchair accessible), and there are golf carts at the park to take anyone who needs extra assistance from the shuttles to the park.

Parking is only for VIP down at the park. You must present a VIP parking pass security when entering the parking lot.

No personal ATV’s, dirt bikes, or golf carts are permitted on site.

Keep roadways clear at all times. Vehicles impeding roadways will be towed.

Always arrange a safe ride home. Be aware that road checks will be done nightly by local law enforcement.

If you notice anything that puts you or others in danger, please notify security immediately. Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times. Weapons, firearms, pyrotechnics and any other dangerous items that could pose harm or hazard are strictly prohibited. Dangerous materials will be confiscated, and the persons will be subject to site ejection and possible criminal charges.

Any violent or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate eviction from grounds and possible persecution.

Flying colours, patches, or any type of gang-related paraphernalia will not be tolerated.

Racist, sexist, discriminatory behaviour and excessively lewd paraphernalia will not be

tolerated. In the event of an emergency evacuation, proceed calmly to the nearest exit and follow event staff to a pre-determined muster station. Never attempt to go against the pedestrian flow. DevonFest staff will provide proper assistance for disabled patrons and children during an emergency evacuation.

Take care of yourself and others. Wear a hat, sunscreen, do not over consume alcohol, wear proper footwear, stay hydrated and ask for help. We care about you.

LEAVE NO TRACE! DevonFest is a pristine, natural environment that is home to herds of deer and other wildlife. Please pick up after yourself, use proper waste, recycling and compost bins provided, and encourage others to do the same.

Hydrate yourself! We have ample water bottles for sale.

NO FIRES! No wood fire pits, charcoal cooking devices or tiki torches are permitted on site.

Your safety is paramount. If you see anything suspicious, violent or illegal, contact any security guard on site. Help us help you!
